1 lb. ground beef
1 Teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
1 Cup grated cheese
1/2 Teaspoon oregano
1 Tablespoon chopped onion
- Thoroughly mix the beef, salt, and pepper; pat in the bottom of a pie plate. Top with tomato, cheese, oregano and onion. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve.
