3 Cups sliced, peeled apples
1 Cup water
1 Cup sugar
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil, boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. Pour in a pie crust. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
